Shipping & Delivery
What Is Your Shipping & Delivery Policy?
Shipping & Delivery
Upon checkout, your shipping cost will be applied (shipping rates may vary). A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to your registered email.
Standard shipping orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and packaged before they are shipped out of our warehouse. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE PRE-ORDER STYLES!
Washco Apparel is NOT responsible for:
- Delays with shipping
- Products that are lost or damaged in the mail. The US Postal Service, Fed-Ex, or UPS will be responsible once we ship the packages.
- Products marked delivered by the Post Office. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed.
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

We are not responsible if the package is not delivered in the guaranteed shipping times as it may take 1-2 business days to process the order and we cannot be liable for USPS guarantees. If the item is not delivered in time, please contact the carrier directly. we will NOT refund additional shipping charges if the carrier fails to meet their guaranteed shipping times.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

I'd Like To Make A Return! What Is Your Return Policy?
Return Policy
We want you to have the best possible shopping experience with us here at Washco Apparel! We understand that happen and items need to be sent back sometimes. Because of this, we will do our best to help if you are not completely satisfied with your order.
Please Note: All SALE items for both retail and wholesale customers are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or refunded for any reason.
Please see our requirements and procedures below:
- Refunds - We do not offer refunds to original form of payment. Below are our terms and policies for returns for store credit and exchange.
- Store Credits - Eligible on non-final sale items when postmarked within 10 days of being delivered. Store credits will be sent to the email associated with the order that was provided at checkout. We highly recommend checking your spam folder if you do not see your store credit in your inbox.
- Size Exchanges - Once your return is received in our warehouse, we will process and ship your size exchange (if it is in stock) with no additional cost. The customer is responsible for the initial shipping costs of shipping the item back to our warehouse. Please note: your size is not held until the exchange process is complete. If the size you requested is unavailable, you will receive a store credit for the amount of the purchase sent to the email provided at checkout.
- Sale Items - All sale items are FINAL SALE. They are not eligible for store credits, or size exchanges. Any final sale items sent back will be marked return to sender and will be subject to additional shipping costs.

- Sale Items
- Doorbusters
- Items Sold At A Pop Up Show or Event Washco Attends
Sending Back Returns
- If the item is eligible for a return, please mail it back to the following address:

- The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of all returned items.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and must have the original tags still intact. Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette smock, pet hair or any other stains/elements. If any returns do not meet these requirement, you will be contacted, the items will be returned to you and will be subject to additional shipping costs.
- We highly recommend keeping your tracking number for your return. This will ensure you are able to see when your package is received since we do not notify when returns arrive to our warehouse. We are not responsible for lost return packages.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for processing once received in our warehouse.
- Once processed, you will receive an email containing your store credit or confirming your size exchange. Due to our high volume, we do not notify customers when we receive their return package in our warehouse. This is why we recommend hanging onto your return tracking number so you know when it has arrived.

What Sizes Do You Carry? I'm Not Sure You Carry My Size!
It is our mission that every woman can find something they love at Washco Apparel! We offer sizes X-Small to 3XL in all of our styles for a true to size women's fit.
The Item I Want Is Sold Out! How Can I Get Another?!
Due to selling both wholesale and retail, unfortunately sometimes our styles sell out quickly online. If you see something you have to have but it is sold out, please contact us and let us know! We'd love to connect you with one of our retailers who carries our brand that might have that select style in stock for you. Thank You!
Do Your Items Run True to Size?
The quick answer - YES! All of our items fit true to size for a ladies fit (not juniors), unless otherwise specified in the product description. We hand measure each product and provide fit details for every style, so be sure to read the details section or view our size charts provided before buying.
What Are The Care Instructions For Your Tops?
Although most of our clothing tag care instructions state to hand wash or dry clean, you are able to cold wash our products on delicate and hang dry. We do not recommend using a regular wash cycle, hot water, or drying any of our products in a dryer for that might cause damage or shrinkage.
