Return Policy
Returns For Wholesale Customers
Please check merchandise immediately when receiving your goods.
All claims of damages/defects or returns & replacements be made within 7 days of the receipt of goods with prior notification by phone (979)-203-8685 or email customerservice@washcoapparel.com
In your claim made via e-mail please include the following information:
- Company Name
- Invoice Number
- Style Number/Name
- Size, Color and Quantity
- Reason for Return
- Image of Damaged Unit
No returns will be accepted without proof of purchase. Any items with signs of wear, label changes, etc... will not be accepted for return or store credit.
Prepaid return shipping labels will only be provided for defective merchandise.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees to our Returns Department located at

For cancellations and/or changes to an existing order, the customer must call (979)-203-8685 within 1 hour after placing the order. We will respond within 24 to 48 hours, but customers are responsible to follow up if they do not receive a confirmation for cancellation within this time frame to receive the full refund.
